An initial visit will be arranged to assess your needs, discuss possible care outcomes, and clarify all unanswered questions regarding domiciliary care. This usually occurs in your home and may involve yourself, your family, an advocate, other healthcare professionals and our trained staff.
Care is started as agreed. Your carer will be introduced to you, and you can request your carer’s profile before service delivery is initiated.
Periodic reviews, supervision, monitoring and spot checks are done to assess the progress of care and the need to adjust care to your current needs and circumstances.
